Early Learning Scholarships give families up to $7,500 of support to help them pay for high quality care and early education to prepare their children for school and life. These scholarships can be used at any 3 or 4-Star Parent Aware Rated program.  


Eligibility  

To qualify for an Early Learning Scholarship, families must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a child who is three or four years of age by September 1 of the current school year and not yet eligible for kindergarten
  • Have an annual household income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (please refer to the income chart included in the application instructions)

Applications

To apply for an Early Learning Scholarship, please complete an application and submit it to your local Child Care Aware agency.
